Clerk to Churchstanton Parish Council

Churchstanton Parish Council is seeking to recruit a Clerk. The post is part time, with variable hours expected to average 20 to 25 hours per month, and is paid in accordance with NJC range LC1, currently starting at £9.20 per hour. The post is essentially home based but the Council meets on the second Wednesday in the month in the evening at the Churchinford Village Hall.

The role includes handling the formal Agendas, Minutes and correspondence of the Council and the basic accounts. Local government experience is not a pre-requisite and training will be available.
